Health & dance education consultant, Sho Botham, has been developing and delivering a range of workshops, courses, seminars and presentations raising awareness and promoting ethical practices in dance, for many years.

As well as working with groups of private dance teachers and teaching students, Sho has created and delivered dance teacher development sessions, courses and workshops for many dance related organisations in UK including :- United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing, British Ballet Organization, British Association of Teachers of Dancing and Laban. Her workshops are also popular with international groups in various countries around the world.
